Here at Norms Bikes Belfast the main aim is customer service. We want to do the job right first time.

We try to think outside the box when it comes to customer service, we aim to always have the “small bits & pieces” that other bike shops don’t have in stock allowing us to complete jobs in various ways that other bike shops don’t know about. I can source any part for any bike, and provide the practical backup and service for any job due to the vast experience gained with 20 years in the cycle industry. This experience has won Norms Bikes the contract for servicing and maintaining the bikes for Belfast City Cycle Tours.

Norms bikes is located in Belfast City Centre, Unit 15 Smithfield Market. There is onsite parking at our location, and at just three minutes off the Westlink Norms bikes is one of Belfast’s easiest accessed shops.
