I discovered a crack in my Whyte 146 carbon fibre frame on Saturday , I sent some pictures to Grant the warranty guy at Atb sales. Today I received my brand spanking new frame! In almost 20yrs in the trade and 10 dealing with Atb ive yet to experience customer support to match them!
